- Meisterwerk (Service Designer) - How can we improve the conversion rate of trial customers? A B2B SaaS for SME field-service and craftsman companies.
- UK Home Office (Design Lead) - How do you help caseworkers resettle refugees? During the Syrian refugee crisis I was design lead on a Government Digital Service team in the Home Office, helping build digital tools for the caseworkers, local authorities and charity groups running the resettlement process.
