RAWR
Look what I made
RAWR turns a child's drawing into a temporary tattoo they can wear and show off. One tap, printed and posted to your door. A mobile app I designed and built solo, with AI. Launching on iOS and Android soon.
At a glance
- What it is
- A mobile app that turns a kid's drawing into a wearable temporary tattoo.
- What it does
- Snap the artwork, tap once - RAWR prints it and posts it to your front door.
- My role
- Solo. Concept, design and build, end to end, with AI. No team.
- Stage
- In development. Launching on iOS and Android very soon.
- The idea
- A kid's drawing is worth wearing. Give it a body and you fuel the next one.
- Platform
- iOS and Android, parent-led: a grown-up holds the camera, the child holds the crayons.
The spark
Amplify it - don't replace it.
My daughter draws constantly, on paper and off a screen. I wanted to amplify that, not replace it with screen time. She also loves temporary tattoos, like most kids. So RAWR turns what she already makes by hand into something she can wear and show off.
The ideaTake real, off-screen creativity and make it something to wear.
How it works · 01
Snap the drawing.
A parent opens RAWR and photographs the finished drawing: the dinosaur, the spaceship, the family portrait with six fingers. No scanner, no setup. Just the phone already in your pocket.
Step oneCatch the art before it's lost. Point, snap - that's the entire ask.

One tap turns it into a tattoo.
One tap turns the photo into a clean, skin-ready tattoo, every wobbly line kept exactly as drawn, because the charm is the wobble. Add stickers and tweak it before you order. Then RAWR handles the prep, the printing and the post.
One tapFrom a drawing on the table to a tattoo on its way to your door, in a single action.

Posted to your front door.
A few days later a small parcel turns up: your child's drawing inside, printed and ready to wear. Nothing for the parent to trim or assemble. The drawing goes in, the tattoos come out, and then comes the best bit, peeling it on together.

They wear their own art.
The drawing comes off the fridge and onto the skin. The child applies their dinosaur, looks down at their own arm and beams. “I made that,” worn out loud, all day.
The payoffA drawing on the fridge is seen at home. A drawing on your arm gets noticed everywhere.
How it's being built
One person, plus AI.
I built RAWR entirely on my own: the concept, the brand, the design and the app, end to end, with AI as my engineering team. No co-founders, no studio behind it. Solo designer, AI builder.
My roleAI lets one designer ship like a small studio. Idea to working app, by myself.
The honest bit
Still in progress
RAWR is in development, and will be live on iOS and Android very soon.
